What's a credit?
One credit = one candidate taking one test. If the test has AI Voice Call questions, it costs 2 credits (because those are fancy). Everything else is 1 credit.
Do credits expire?
Credit pack credits never expire. They're yours forever. Well, until you use them. Subscription credits refresh each billing period.
Monthly, annual, or credit packs — what's the difference?
Monthly = pay each month, credits refresh monthly. Annual = pay once a year, save up to 65%, credits refresh yearly. Credit packs = one-off purchase, no subscription, credits never expire. Mix and match however you like.
Can I stack credit packs on top of a subscription?
Absolutely. Buy a credit pack and it just adds to whatever you've already got. Like topping up your phone, but for hiring.
What if I run out of credits?
