Contact us

There is one address — hello@upandup.work — and it is read by the people who build Up&Up. The four routes below all reach that inbox; the subject line just helps us get your message to the right person faster. There is no contact form here on purpose: we would rather you had a copy of what you sent, in your own sent folder.

Sales and pricing

Questions about plans, credits, invoicing, currencies, or whether Up&Up fits how you hire. Full pricing is published on the pricing page — no call required to see a number.

Customer support

Something is broken, a candidate cannot start a test, a score looks wrong, or you need a hand setting an assessment up. Include the test name and, if you have it, the candidate email so we can find the record.

Security

Vulnerability reports, security questionnaires, architecture questions and diligence requests. Please do not include exploit details in a subject line, and give us a reasonable window to fix an issue before disclosing it.

Subject: Security report

Data protection

Access, correction, deletion and export requests, and questions about how candidate data is handled. If you are a candidate asking about an assessment you took, read the note below first — the employer who invited you usually holds the answer.

If you are already a customer

Sign in and use Settings → Support in the dashboard. It sends us the same message with your account and organisation attached, so nobody has to ask you which company you are from. Email works just as well if you prefer it.

If you are a candidate

If you took or were invited to an assessment, the employer who invited you is the organisation that holds your results and makes the hiring decision — Up&Up runs the software on their behalf. For anything about your application, your results, feedback or deletion of your data, contact them first; they can act on it immediately, and we will support them in doing so.

If the assessment itself went wrong — the test would not load, a question was broken, something was unfair or inaccessible — write to us at hello@upandup.work. We want to know, and Responsible use sets out the standard we hold employers to.

Before you write, these may answer it

  • Pricing — every plan, credit pack and price, with the FAQ underneath.
  • Security — where data is stored, how organisations are separated, and what we have not certified.
  • Responsible use — how to run assessments fairly, and the limits of what our scoring means.
  • Privacy Policy and Terms of Service — including the full list of subprocessors.
